"The seal between the floor and toilet is broken so when you flush, water leaks out on to the floor. The wash clothes and hand towels were wet. No idea if they were used my last occupant to clean up the leaking toilet. The bed was comfortable though so points for that. The $4.44 charge for not using cash was nonsense. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere."

"The property, room and staff were great., Excellent morning breakfast. The problem with the stay was the fact that at 12:30 am that night the fire alarm went off and everyone had to go outside. We were able to stay in our cars to stay warm as it was in the 30's BUT we were outside for 2 hours before they found the problem. The view from the deck is amazing and the living room is huge with an old stone fireplace which we didn’t use because it was 90 degrees each day. "Property was in good shape, though I recommend the owner consider refinishing the tub, the current paint job is not so good. The location is too far from downtown Troy to easily walk but is an easy drive. The building has multiple units and finding the right one was a bit tricky, but the place was clean and well-kept overall and parking was easy, I would stay again."
